Okay, I have a confession to make. I cannot resist dark chocolate and if that is presented in the form of a delicious mousse I am pretty sure you will not be able to resist it as well. The best vegan mousse I have had till date was from whole foods and it had a surprising ingredient in it – “silken tofu”. Once I realized that the magic of the texture came from the silken tofu I decided to give that a try too.
I found this really easy recipe online and the results were amazing. If you don’t like the bitter taste of dark chocolate I am sure you can substitute it for something of your choice. However do top it with some fruits as that really brings out the taste of the mousse. I tried both raspberries and mangoes and it was hard to pick which one tasted better 🙂
